Joined by their ministerial teams, Presidents Martin Vizcarra (Peru) and Lenin Moreno (Ecuador) on Thursday appeared in the official photograph of the Binational Cabinet hosted by the northern Peruvian border city of Tumbes.
The official photograph was taken at Tumbes' Main Square.
These commitments are expected to benefit both countries' populations, especially those residing in the joint border area.
