Peruvian President Martin Vizcarra on Tuesday called a referendum for December 9 to pass the four constitutional reforms proposed by the Executive Branch so as to improve the Inca country's judicial-political system.
In a ceremony held at the Government Palace in Lima, the Head of State gave an account of the supreme decree calling this popular vote.
During the event, the leader was joined by Prime Minister Cesar Villanueva, as well as Ministers Nestor Popolizio (Foreign Affairs) and Vicente Zeballos (Justice).
Thus, the Vizcarra administration intends to implement a positive change in Peru with these reforms.
