Peru, Chile sign important agreements at IV Binational Cabinet

As part of the bilateral work agenda between Peru and Chile, within the framework of the Presidential Meeting and IV Binational Cabinet held in Santiago, authorities from both countries signed agreements that will enable them to continue strengthening bilateral ties in favor of the development of our peoples.

1. Declaration of Santiago on the occasion of the Presidential Meeting and IV Binational Cabinet of Ministers of Chile and Peru.


3. Exchange of Reversal Notes for the incorporation of Tarapaca region and Moquegua region to the Integration and Border Development Committee.

4. Letter of Intent on the creation of a Bilateral Foresight Council.

5. Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the Republic of Chile and the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion of the Republic of Peru.

6. Renewal of the Cooperation Agreement between the Ministry of Culture, Arts, and Heritage of Chile and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Peru for the Exchange of Experiences on Creative Economy.

7. Inter-institutional Cooperation Agreement between the National Training and Employment Service of the Republic of Chile and the Directorate General for the National Employment Service of the Republic of Peru.

8. Memorandum of Understanding on Animal Health and Food Safety in Fisheries and Aquaculture between the National Agency for Fisheries Health of the Ministry of Production of Peru and the National Service of Fisheries and Aquaculture of the Ministry of Economy, Development, and Tourism of Chile.

The event took place on November 28 and 29.
