Peru expressed its condolences on Tuesday over the loss of life in Saudi Arabia following a helicopter crash.
"The Government of Peru laments and extends its deep condolences to the Government of Saudi Arabia and the families of the victims over the deaths of 14 Saudi citizens in a helicopter crash near the Ras Tanura oil refinery on Saudi Arabia's eastern coast," it stated.
According to media reports, 14 people were killed on June 28 in the Ras Tanura area of eastern Saudi Arabia.
It was also reported that all those killed in the crash were Saudi nationals and employees of Aramco—one of the world's largest oil companies.
