The welcome ceremony was held at the Government Palace Courtyard of Honor, where honors were rendered to the Malaysian Prime Minister, who then entered the building alongside Peru's top official.
As part of the visit, a bilateral meeting of a formal nature took place between President Boluarte and Prime Minister Ibrahim.
This was followed by a working session with ministers from both sides, during which agreements were signed in areas such as tourism, trade, among others.
