Meanwhile, the SNMPE reported that companies operating in the national hydrocarbons industry paid US$84.7 million in royalties last October.
This figure is 17.4% lower than the US$102.5 million recorded in the same month of 2024.
The guild explained that last October hydrocarbons sector companies paid royalties amounting to US$44.4 million for natural gas exploitation and US$15.5 million for oil, as well as US$24.7 million for natural gas liquids production.
