10:49 | Auckland (New Zealand), Nov. 8.

Peru's national soccer team held their second training in Auckland (New Zealand) ahead of their FIFA World Cup playoff against host team All Whites.

The session kicked off at 4:00 PM local time on Wednesday (10:00 PM on Tuesday in Peru) and took place at QBE Stadium facilities.

Peruvians always start training at 4:00 PM —time of the Saturday match in Wellington. The idea is to help players get used to the weather, mainly the wind speed.

The practice comprised the whole team, as Europe-based players made it to Auckland to join their teammates.

Peruvian coach Ricardo Gareca's only doubt is Paolo Guerrero's replacement.

The options are Jefferson Farfan and Raul Ruidiaz. Apparently, Farfan enjoys a slight advantage over Ruidiaz when it comes to the lineup, as he is in a good moment at Russia's Lokomotiv.

Nevertheless, the qualifying matches showed Gareca's willingness to call-up the player's natural replacement. Guerrero's replacement is Ruidiaz.

After training, the Peruvian squad returned to their hotel.
