PIAS

An Itinerant Social Action Platform is a floating facility program intended to bring State services to remote and hard-to-reach populations.

Its mission is to provide healthcare, education, identification, nutrition, social assistance, as well as drugs and alcohol counseling services.

The idea is to assist isolated rural populations in accessing basic services provided by Government.
