The Regional Directorate of Foreign Trade and Tourism (Dircetur) of the Regional Government of San Martín (Goresam) has introduced the Regional Sector Development Program: Competitive Tourism and Foreign Trade by 2040 (TCC 2040), a long-term roadmap with a territorial approach, focused on people and measurable development outcomes.
