At the meeting, the Head of State said the situation of the State-owned company is under review, adding that a decision will be made in the coming days.
He also reaffirmed the government's commitment to combating crime, announcing the acquisition of specialized equipment for the Peruvian National Police and that demands raised by the transport sector will be addressed.
In that regard, the Executive Branch underscored that it is coordinating concrete measures to curb crime and ensure safety on the country's roads.
