During the meeting, the Presidents also highlighted the sustained growth in bilateral trade, which reached nearly US$300 million in 2025 under the Multiparty Trade Agreement between Peru and the European Union.
In this regard, they underscored growing Finnish investment in Peru, particularly in the mining services sector.
The Head of State invited President Stubb to visit Peru with a business delegation to further advance the common agenda.
He thanked her for the gesture and expressed his firm intention to make the visit in the first half of 2027.
