At the event "Latin America in the Changing Global Era: Rethinking multilateralism for security, democracy, and development," organized by Fedesarrollo, the Peruvian government official detailed the previous actions for crafting this regulatory document.

Resolute Action Plan (PAR) was adopted. This document prioritizes spheres of action related to security and the fight against transnational organized crime in the Andean subregion.
"We adopted a binding document within 10 hours: Decision No. 922, which is an Andean Law. The Resolute Action Plan contains 13 scopes of action, with 28 specific measures (...)," he indicated.
