Peru's President reiterates Govt's commitment to ensure universal access to health

The President of the Republic Pedro Castillo on Sunday affirmed that the Government has been working to ensure the comprehensive well-being of the population through access to health.

In a post on Twitter, the Head of State underscored that universal access to health is a fundamental right.

The dignitary tweeted this message along with a video in which he highlights that children are the future of Peru and that his Government is protecting the health of all Peruvians.

"The Government will work to bring dignity to the Peruvian people so as to ensure comprehensive well-being, especially of our children and vulnerable population. We can achieve this together!" Mr. Castillo stated.

Earlier today, within the framework of World Children's Day, the country's top official reaffirmed the Government's commitment to high-quality and inclusive education for all.
