The
President of the Republic Dina Boluarte held a meeting with mayors from Loreto, Cajamarca, and La Libertad regions to address projects of urgent attention, with the aim of closing gaps in terms of health, sanitation, transportation, and production in their jurisdictions.
At this event, the Head of State reaffirmed the Government's commitment to forge an inclusive Peru —a country with humane face, hand-in-hand with local authorities, as well as based on dialogue and permanent coordination work.
The gathering saw the presence of
Production Minister Raul Perez Reyes;
Congressman Segundo Quiroz; as well as mayors of Viru, Guadalupe (La Libertad), Chalamarca, Chiguirip, Chimban, Cujillo, Huarango, Choropampa, Miracosta, San Juan de Licupis, Tacabamba (Cajamarca), and Belen (Loreto).
This event took place at the Government Palace in the Peruvian capital, Lima, on Wednesday.
During her speech, President Boluarte stressed that the Executive Branch has the duty to continue strengthening stability, democracy, and the restoration of confidence.
