Peru's national soccer team defeated Chile 3-0 in a friendly clash held at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, United States.
The first point of the match was an own goal by Chilean Enzo Roco, in the 18th minute of the second half, after a shot by
Andre Carrillo inside the area.
In the 29th minute, Peruvian midfielder Pedro Aquino netted the second score. He was assisted by Edison Flores following a fast break.
Aquino scored his second and third goal of the evening in the minute 41st of the second half.
First half
Overall, the Incas had good control in the first half and had the best chance to score in the 31st minute, when
Raul Ruidiaz kicked the ball against a Chilean defender placed near the goal area.
Rueda's squad struck back after the first 40 minutes, following a rebound by goalkeeper Pedro Gallese. However,
Luis Advincula managed to clear the ball.
