took part in the launch of the 2026 Huaylarsh Wanka Route at the Government Palace in Lima.
The Ruta del Huaylarsh (2026 Huaylarsh Route) will run from February 5 to April 27, covering 45 cultural venues across districts, farming communities, populated centers, as well as annexes in Huancayo and Mantaro Valley.
This initiative, led by the Economic Promotion and Tourism Management, will strengthen Wanka cultural identity.
It will highlight huaylarsh—an ancestral dance recognized as National Cultural Heritage—through carnivals, heritage festivals, dance competitions, gastronomic fairs, and traditional community activities.
