Peru: Ministers sworn in at Government Palace

Peruvian President Pedro Pablo Kuczynski swears in 19 State Ministers on Thursday afternoon, day on which he takes office as the new Head of State and Government.

It is the first time such ceremony takes place at the Palace's Courtyard instead of the Golden Hall.

Below is the list of high-ranked officials:

Prime Minister:
Fernando Zavala Lombardi (appointed on July 10th)

Economy and Finance Minister:
Alfredo Thorne (appointed in June)

Transport and Communications Minister:
Martin Vizcarra (appointed on July 13th)
