A festival to promote Peruvian gastronomy took place in Singapore on September 21-23, 2017.
Held at
Ola Cocina del Mar Restaurant, the event was sponsored by Peru's Embassy in
said nation and Inca chef Daniel Chavez.
The festival also saw the remarkable participation of compatriot and chef Rafael Osterling.
Within this framework, several personalities from the fields of politics and business tasted the variety of dishes inspired by the riches and diversity of the Andean nation.
This event thus contributed significantly to positioning Peruvian
gastronomy in the Asian country.
