Aimed at promoting investments in Peru, Roadshow Asia 2017's first day successfully took place in Beijing earlier this week.
The event ran under the slogan: "Peru: investment opportunities in infrastructure, mining, and public services."
Organized by Peru's State-run Private Investment Promotion Agency (ProInversion), the meeting included a series of project exhibitions, as well as 30 bilateral meetings with potential investors.
It must be noted the current ProInversion project portfolio exceeds US$13.7 billion for the 2017-2018 period.
Roadshow
The event was supported by Peru's Embassy in China, as well as the Foreign Trade and Tourism Ministry.
Roadshow Asia 2017 also arrived in Seoul (South Korea) last Wednesday and will conclude in Tokyo (Japan) on September 29.
It is worth mentioning that Peru has signed trade agreements with the said countries.
