Peruvian President Martin Vizcarra on Wednesday affirmed the Cabinet presentation before Congress will meet the population's expectations adding he is confident the new ministerial team will get the confidence vote.
According to the statesman, Government's priorities were set since he was sworn in last March, and that is what Prime Minister Cesar Villanueva will focus on while addressing Peruvian legislators.
After stating that Villanueva met with all political forces at Parliament, the Head of State said he is confident the
Cabinet will get the expected confidence vote.
"We think we'll get the corresponding congressional support because we have a Government plan that meets Peru's needs," he pointed out.
As stated by Vizcarra, the plan's first goal is to improve quality of life of all Peruvian citizens.
His statements were made at Lima-based Government Palace before ministers attended Congress.
