Peru's Prime Minister Fernando Zavala confirmed the Reconstruction with Changes process will be transparent.

As is known, Inca nation was at the mercy of "Coastal El Niño" phenomenon in the January-March period.

Thus, a platform will be implemented to keep citizens informed about the progress of corresponding works.

The also-Economy and Finance minister underlined the reconstruction plan is on track and relies on guaranteed financing.

"[...] this platform will come into operation in the next days, with very consistent elements to ensure transparency in the use of public resources," Zavala stated.

Likewise, the official affirmed the mechanism will allow both, citizens and media to keep track —through the Internet— of progress at every stage.

In addition, he said the government-driven reconstruction phase will require articulated efforts by all mayors and regional governors.
