Peru's export value grew 21.4% in 2017, higher than those of the major economies in Latin America, Central Reserve Bank (BCR) underlined.
According to
World Trade Organization's (WTO) figures, said expansion exceeded the annual average rate (13.8%) registered in the region.
In this regard, BCR noted countries such as Colombia (+18.9%),
Brazil (+17.5%), Ecuador (+13.9%), Chile (+12.7%), and Uruguay (+12.7%) also saw increases in this sense.
