Visitors can appreciate Peru's prehispanic magic, as well as its cultural development, architecture and religiosity in one place: the Huaca Pucllana, an amazing archaeological site.
Located in Lima's Miraflores district, Huaca Pucllana was one of the most important ceremonial centers of Lima culture, that dates back to A.D. 500-700
Said ancient building was one of the last facilities that hosted its people.
Following many years of research and study, this huaca is a mandatory tourist stop for visitors, who want to learn something more about Peruvian history.
The compound includes a great adobe pyramidal building, where marine animal figures can be seen.
The Great Pyramid comprises a group of superposed buildings formed by seven staggered platforms. Likewise, it features a great square, patios with yellow benches, altars and other structures.
