Peru's Education Minister Marilu Martens sent greetings to all Peruvian educators who celebrate their day this Thursday.
In this sense, Martens thanked Inca teachers for their efforts in favor of students, as well as their commitment to shaping Peruvian citizens.
"I want to send a warm hug, a greeting [...] to all
teachers," the official told State-run TV Peru channel.
"This vocation and commitment to educate children and youth have truly allowed Peru's education [system] to move forward," she added.
Within this framework, Martens recalled she had been a teacher for at least 15 years.
