Peru, Chile agree to deepen political dialogue and cooperation

Presidents Martin Vizcarra (Peru) and Sebastian Piñera (Chile) on Friday agreed on the importance of continuing to deepen the political dialogue and cooperation between their nations.

According to the leaders, this deepening goes hand-in-hand with a vision of the future for the benefit of both countries' populations.

Vizcarra and Piñera held a meeting within the framework of the 8th Summit of the Americas taking place in Lima on April 13-14.

Piñera also plans to meet with Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau, and Vice-President of the United States, Mike Pence.
