Peru appoints new Ambassadors to Japan, Thailand and Greece

The Foreign Affairs Ministry appointed Harold Winston Forsyth Mejia as new Peruvian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Japan.

According to supreme resolution published this Wednesday in official newspaper El Peruano, corresponding credential letters and full powers will be granted to the new Ambassador.

A ministerial resolution will set the date on which Mr. Forsyth will officially take up diplomatic duties.

The Chancellery also appointed Julio Antonio Quiros Campos and Luis Fernando Augusto Sandoval Davila as new Peruvian Ambassadors to the Kingdom of Thailand and the Hellenic Republic of Greece, respectively. 

In the last two cases, ministerial resolutions will set the dates on which officials will take up diplomatic duties.

Documents were signed by President Pedro Pablo Kuczynski and Foreign Affairs Minister Ricardo Luna.
