Twitter and the Peruvian Episcopal Conference (CEP) have rolled out the official hashtags for Pope Francis' visit to Peru —scheduled for January 18-21, 2018.
These hashtags will include a special Pope Francis emoji.
According to Chief of Communications for Pope Francis' visit to Peru at Peruvian Episcopal Conference (CEP), Monica Moreno, the emoji was released this week on the social platform Twitter.
Only a tweet with one of the official hashtags is needed to activate the said small digital image.
Additionally, CEP suggests following the official account for the papal visit on Twitter:
@PapaFranciscoPe.
This initiative has been replicated in Chile as well.
