Peru's UK-based Pisqu restaurant participated in the first edition of Night Market, a bustling outdoor food market celebrating summer in London.
The
LFM event was described by the Evening Standard as "the centrepiece of London Food Mouth."
In this context, Pisqu's gastronomic offer drew the attention of numerous attendees.
Other participating national eateries are: Lima Floral, Señor Ceviche, Andina, Casita Andina, Ceviche Soho and Ceviche Old Street.
Night Market is currently underway at London's Perks Field and will run thru June 18. The festival offers a platform to promote the Andean country's culture and rich gastronomy.
