The credentials designated Salazar Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Peru to the Republic of Serbia.
On the occasion, they were joined by Serbian high-ranking officials.
After the ceremony, the Peruvian diplomat held a conversation with the Serbian President, in which he highlighted the friendship ties uniting both countries and the potential in academic, cultural, scientific, technological, and sport matters.
Likewise, Ambassador Salazar noted the involvement of Serbia as an Observer State of the
Pacific Alliance, which will strengthen dialogue and cooperation with the Inca nation.
The ceremony took place at Serbia's Royal Palace in Belgrade on Tuesday, June 25.
