Peruvian capital Lima will host the
International Weightlifting Federation (IWF) Grand Prix ODESUR CSLP in November.
This international competition will give participants the opportunity to gather points to qualify for the
Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
The world's strongest men and women will compete in 10 categories.
Spanish Lidia Valentin and Georgian Lasha Talakhadze are among the top competitors in their respective categories.
Likewise, 12 athletes will represent Peru at the event.
