Peru President leads first Reconciliation Cabinet session

Peruvian President Pedro Pablo Kuczynski presided over the first Reconciliation Cabinet session at Lima-based Government Palace on Wednesday.

The meeting saw the presence of all cabinet members, including Prime Minister Mercedes Araoz and the recently sworn-in ministers.

One of the pictures shows Housing, Construction and Sanitation Minister Carlos Bruce welcoming new Labor and Employment Promotion Minister Javier Barreda to the meeting.

Photos five and six show Interior Minister Vicente Romero holding cordial conversations with colleagues Abel Salinas (Health) and Jorge Kisic (Defense), respectively.

Earlier on the same day, Araoz affirmed the new cabinet is already working to implement the necessary steps that will bring increased prosperity to the population while fostering national development.
