According to the statesman, Government's priorities were set since he was sworn in last March, and that is what Prime Minister Cesar Villanueva will focus on while addressing Peruvian legislators.

"I'm sure this presentation will meet the expectations people have of us and the Cabinet (…)," the President expressed.

After stating that Villanueva met with all political forces at Parliament, the Head of State said he is confident the Cabinet will get the expected confidence vote.

"We think we'll get the corresponding congressional support because we have a Government plan that meets Peru's needs," he pointed out.

As stated by Vizcarra, the plan's first goal is to improve quality of life of all Peruvian citizens.
