Presidency of the Republic sent greetings to all fathers in Peru on Father's Day, highlighting their example of perseverance and support for the integral development of their children.
In a statement on its Twitter account, it urged citizens to continue adhering to biosafety measures on this special day so as to take care of the entire family's health.
In Peru, Father's Day is celebrated on the third Sunday of June.
This year's observance will be celebrated under the mandatory social immobility (curfew) introduced by the Government to prevent the spread of COVID-19 across the country.
