Peru participates at Fruit Logistica in Germany

Peru participated in Fruit Logistica, the world's largest trade show for fruits and vegetables, from February 6 to 8 in Berlin (Germany).

A booth was set up by Peru's Embassy in Germany, in cooperation with Exports and Tourism Promotion Board (PromPeru), Peru's Trade Office (Ocex) based in Germany, and national business associations' representatives.

It should be noted Peruvian Ambassador to Germany attended the event on February 6.

Likewise, the Parliamentary State Secretary at the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure Steffen Bilger visited the stand.

Peru's participation in said fair strengthens the positive image of the nation abroad. Plus, it offers a high-quality exportable supply.

The Inca country's delegation —composed of around 290 entrepreneurs— is expected to close business deals worth approximately US$230 million that will be consolidated in the next 12 months.
