The Exports and Tourism Promotion Board (PromPeru) informed that 1,000 international entrepreneurs from 40 countries have confirmed their participation at Peru Moda & Peru Moda Deco 2018.
For its tenth edition, the
mega fashion event will take place on April 25-27 at Lima Convention Center.
Participants will include buyers, entrepreneurs, and government officials interested in the following production lines: cotton and blends;
alpaca; as well as decorative and gift items.
More than 600 buyers have confirmed their attendance. 34% of them will come from the United States, 14% from Brazil, 6% from Chile, 6% from Argentina, 4% from Mexico, and 36% from other countries.
The product lines to be negotiated cover ranges in cotton and blends (40%), alpaca (22%), as well as decorative and gift items (15%).
Also, over 3,500 appointments have been scheduled with almost 250 exporters from different regions across Peru.
The event will feature representatives from renowned brands like AYR, Mack Weldon, Johnny Was, JWLA, 3J, Calme, Frame, Sweaters and Knits, Lands' End, ATM, James Perse, Rosetta Getty, Clique, Annika, Macron Spa, Ralph Lauren, and Zadig & Voltaire, among others.
Additionally, the roundtable provides software support that enables companies to learn about commercial proposals and productive capacities in advance, by filtering relevant information and optimizing search time in a rapid and simple way.
