About Readers' Choice Awards 2020

Year after year, Condé Nast Traveler readers around the world cast their votes, rating their experiences in the world's best hotels, resorts, spas, countries, cities, islands, airlines, airports, trains, and cruise lines.

The 33rd Readers' Choice Awards represent the first time that voters made their picks when almost no one was traveling, due to the coronavirus pandemic.

So, the names in this year's edition are the ones that brought them comfort, that they still connected with long afterward, that got them through the months without travel.
