Peru announces end of consul general's duties in Hartford, U.S.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced the end of duties of Jose Eduardo Gonzalez Mantilla as Peruvian Consul General to the U.S. city of Hartford.

The measure was stipulated by supreme resolution No. 081-2021-RE, published on Thursday in the official gazette El Peruano.

Thus, the resolution orders the cancellation of the corresponding letters patent granted to the diplomat from the date of the end of his term.

Mr. Gonzalez Mantilla has served as Peruvian Consul General to Hartford, the capital city of the state of Connecticut, since December 2016.
