Peruvian Ambassador Carlos Rafael Polo
has presented his credential letters to Indian President Ram Nath Kovind.
On the occasion, the Peruvian diplomat extended President Martin Vizcarra's greetings as well as best wishes for health, prosperity, and well-being to India's Head of State and population.
Likewise, he indicated the Inca country is interested in expanding and strengthening bilateral relations to lay the foundations for the creation of a medium-term strategic association between both nations.
For his part, President Ram Nath Kovind conveyed his best wishes to Ambassador Polo during his tenure.
He also underlined India's interest in expanding and strengthening friendship and cooperation ties with the Inca country.
Furthermore, the Indian President made special mention of the "Meeting and World Exhibition of Renewable Energies ISA-Peru-LAC (Sun World 2019)" to be held November 12-14 in Lima.
