At the Seoul Food 2024 fair —one of the most important of its kind in Asia—
inaugurated the Peruvian pavilion, which reunites 12 companies from the South American country.
The Foreign Affairs sector's head noted that this event brings together high-quality South Korean buyers, decision-makers, and industry experts looking for premium products, global industry trends, and future business ideas.
He underscored that Peru is participating for the tenth time in this event, adding that its continued presence grants better visibility of our products before potential buyers.
Similarly, it strengthens our country's positive image as a leader in high standards of food, safety, and quality.
On this occasion, Peru presents a variety of superfoods made up of fruits, grains, and vegetables.
It is worth mentioning that
Peruvian participation is organized by the Trade Office in Seoul, supported by the Peruvian Exporters Association (ADEX) and Embassy in South Korea.

The Peruvian government official thanked Cultural Center Chairman Lee Bok-hyung for his dedication and enthusiasm to work jointly in the creation of this special exhibition that publicizes this extensive communications network existing in the Andes, in the challenging Peruvian geography.
The minister said this exhibition will be of great interest in a country like South Korea, where walking is a widespread practice.
Lastly, he indicated that
this exhibit allows the South Korean population to learn about the multiple opportunities for this adventure activity in Peru towards sites of such historical value as Machu Picchu or Choquequirao.
