The Executive Branch approved 73 legislative decrees under the powers delegated by Congress to legislate on different matters,
"We have satisfactorily fulfilled this task. Today we have finished approving the last three pending legislative decrees. Given that the deadline is today, we will arrange for their publication," he pointed out.
During a press conference after the Council of Ministers session, the Cabinet chief said that a total of 73 regulations had been issued within the framework of the delegated powers.
On July 1, Congress approved the Executive Branch's request to delegate legislative powers in 10 areas related to economic recovery, simplification and regulatory quality, State business activity, citizen security, and national defense.
The delegation of powers was valid for a period of 90 calendar days, from the entry into force of the rule.
Ambassadors
Prime Minister Adrianzen reported that the
supreme resolution appointing diplomat Maria Eugenia Echeverria as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Peru to Austria was approved.
It was also approved to simultaneously appoint current Peruvian Ambassador to the Hellenic Republic, Arturo Arciniega, as concurrent envoy to Cyprus and Albania; and Peruvian Ambassador to Spain, Luis Iberico, as concurrent envoy to the Principality of Andorra.
