Similarly, the ministry noted that imports of capital goods grew by 11.6% in September (they rose by 11.3% in August), marking six consecutive months of growth.
"Sales through electronic payment vouchers grew by 13.7% in September (they rose 8.2% last August), accumulating six consecutive months of growth," it indicated.
The ministry indicated that BBVA's consumer big data index grew by 6.4% in September 2024 (it increased by 11.3% last August), registering a positive rate for 10 consecutive months.
The MEF stressed that, in line with the dynamics of the economy, business expectations for 3 and 12 months remain optimistic.
"In this context, the Government will continue implementing measures to consolidate economic recovery, prioritizing policies consistent with macroeconomic stability and fiscal sustainability, ensuring a favorable environment to attract new investments and generate more opportunities for sustainable growth," it pointed out.
