has requested information as part of the ongoing investigation, at the prosecutorial level, into the President of the Republic Dina Boluarte.
This request was issued through the Illicit Enrichment and Constitutional Complaints Section.
In this regard, the Office requested that the Head of State or her defense team submit, within 24 hours, the 91 original regulations signed between June 28 and July 9, 2023.
The documents regarding her health status, which prompted a surgical intervention, were also required.
This refers to her statement made on January 13 in the investigation into the alleged crimes of neglect of duties and, alternatively, abandonment of office to the detriment of the Peruvian State.
