"Mining remains a pillar of employment in the country! In January of this year, this activity generated 243,772 direct jobs, 6.2% more than in January 2024," the post stated.
The Cabinet chief also emphasized that this dynamism reflects confidence in the sector and its positive impact on Peru's economy.
