The President of the Republic Dina Boluarte on Thursday participated in the launch of the social action campaign by the Itinerant Social Action Platform (PIAS) Rio Ucayali II (Ucayali River II).

The Head of State was accompanied by Development and Social Inclusion Minister Julio Demartini, as well as Loreto Region Governor Jorge Chavez and Navy General Commander Luis Polar on this occasion.

Authorities from the northeastern region were also present at the event.

These types of actions developed by PIAS Rio Ucayali II foster inclusion and improvement of citizens' quality of life nationwide, especially in remote areas.

As is known, PIAS temporarily bring Peruvian State services closer to a total of 235 communities, where 68,670 people reside in Loreto, Ucayali, and Puno regions.

This approach allows for the transfer of multi-sector teams that travel through the Amazon and Lake Titicaca basins to bring essential State services to native and highland communities.
