The President of the Republic of Peru, Dina Boluarte, on Tuesday addressed the United Nations General Assembly, delivering her speech on the second day of activities in New York City, United States.

Earlier, the Head of State took part in the
protocol greeting of Heads of State and Government to UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, held within the framework of the organization's 80th session.

In the afternoon, Peru's top official will hold a bilateral meeting with Belgium's Prime Minister Bart De Wever.

In the evening, she is scheduled to attend the reception hosted by U.S. President Donald Trump for the heads of delegations to the United Nations General Assembly.
