Overall, the participating restaurants reported sales exceeding US$176,000, confirming the strong demand and preference of the public—both Latin American and New Yorkers—for Peruvian cuisine.
In addition to culinary offerings, spaces dedicated to Pisco, superfoods, tourism promotion, and home décor products drew significant interest, consolidating "Peru Mucho Gusto" as a comprehensive showcase of the country’s identity and creativity.
It also drives business opportunities and strengthens cultural ties with the international community.

The
international editions of "Peru Mucho Gusto" are part of PromPeru's comprehensive strategy to promote inbound tourism, aimed at boosting travel to the South American country by highlighting its culinary offerings.
The first international edition took place at the iconic Espacio Ibercaja Delicias in Madrid, Spain, from April 11 to 13.
The next international edition is scheduled for the last half of the year in São Paulo, Brazil.
