on Tuesday emphasized that her Government will continue working until July 28, 2026, moving forward to achieve national development.
Within this framework, the top official asked that what is established in the Constitution regarding presidential elections be respected.
"We stand firm, strong, and dignified. Nothing will distract us from continuing to advance in the development of our beloved Peru, and we will keep walking until July 28, 2026," Mrs. Boluarte indicated.
"Here the people elected a presidential formula and, according to the Constitution, that must be respected," she added in her speech delivered during the ceremony marking the awarding of 3,000 title deeds in Callao region.
"Here we stand firm, strong, and dignified," Mrs. Boluarte expressed.
"Stop walking against the Peruvian people, orchestrating situations that are not convenient for the development of the country," she added.
Infrastructure works
The president highlighted the progress in infrastructure projects that are being implemented in Callao, such as Jorge Chavez International Airport expansion. Its progress rate stands around 87%, she indicated.
The Head of State noted that over S/7 million (above US$1.88 million) has been allocated for enhancement works on Elmer Faucett Avenue, adjacent to the aforementioned air terminal, and surrounding roads, with a view to hosting the APEC Summit this year.
The top official added to this list the construction of the Santa Rosa Road Highway and bridge, as well as works on Lima Metro Line 2. The latter currently register 50% completion rate, she said.
Today's ceremony took place at the Oquendo farm. Addressing residents at the site, the president noted that this awarding of title deeds "is a triumph for each one of you."
"That piece of paper makes you creditworthy," Mrs. Boluarte said.
"Now you can go to financial institutions to ask for loans and do what you deem appropriate with your properties," she expressed.
