"We have started testing at the new Jorge Chavez. Hundreds of volunteers participated in the #PruebaJorgeChavez, which enables us to evaluate the proper functioning of processes such as check-in, baggage delivery, security checks, among others," LAP indicated via social media on Thursday.
"Thank you for being part of this historic experience," it emphasized.
The
new Jorge Chavez International Airport will be equipped with a
state-of-the-art security system for baggage inspection, based on 3D computed tomography technology, to ensure a fast and safe flow of passengers.
