highlighted that Peru is a country making significant strides in strengthening dialogue and cooperation, as well as a reliable partner for investments.
Mrs. Boluarte participated in the diplomatic corps' greeting ceremony at the Government Palace in Lima on Monday.
At this event, the top official stressed that Peru is an active interlocutor in the region, adding that it contributes constructively to regional negotiations and strengthens bilateral relations with various nations.
She noted that Peru aims to become a "multimodal hub" that helps strengthen global supply chains, and that is why it welcomes investments without distinction.
"The message is that in Peru, you can find a reliable partner, a friend, an ally that strives for freedom and progress," she stated during her speech.
The president emphasized that her administration cannot give up on the task of fulfilling the mandate to build a better future for all citizens.
Likewise, she stressed that the country aims to confront the threats that plague all of humanity, such as inequality, climate change, and transnational crime.
Mrs. Boluarte added that throughout history, Peru has proven to be a committed actor in the construction of a global order based on respect for international law, human rights, as well as democratic values and principles.
"Our country has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to peace and sustainable development. Peru's unified vocation was expressed through active participation at multilateral forums, where regional integration and cooperation ties were promoted," she indicated.
In her speech, the top official also stressed that diplomacy remains a fundamental tool for understanding, cooperation, and peace among nations.
"We have consolidated our commitment to multilateralism, regional integration, and the promotion of our strategic interests in the international community. Through active and constructive diplomacy, Peru has strengthened its ties with key partners, securing cooperation agreements in trade, investment, and technology," she underlined.
