Moreover, the Prime Minister stated that a comprehensive reform of the penitentiary system is expected to be decreed.
The Cabinet chief also expressed his deepest condolences to the family, colleagues, and friends of the late artist Paul Flores, who was murdered last weekend.
Adrianzen stated that this reprehensible crime will not go unpunished.
"In the fight against organized crime, all Peruvians must remain united, overcoming all our differences, whatever their nature," he emphasized.
